Creators who are planning to undergo cultural study or research based in Tokyo more than 30 days.
Number of Applications to be Accepted:
Limited to a small number of creators.
Application deadline: September 15 through November 1, 2008 *Applications must be arrived by no later than November 1, 2008. The application must be sent by traceable delivery service.
