Bosco Sodi, prominent young artist living in Barcelona, Spain has been expressing universal humanity, that is love, feelings, dignity and hope, through various organic materials. By coating thick layers of colours made of organic materials such as ocher, stalks and leaves, soaked by original pigment, Sodi's paintings demonstrate the presence and depth of reliefs.
This residency is a part of cultural exchange program between Mexico, Barcelona and Tokyo.
Sodi's dual citizenships of Mexico and Spain helped these two cities to come together.
He is going to express tangible and intangible cultural connection passing across the national border, mixing with "Ohai", Japanese traditional material, and his selected materials, in which chaos and order are conceived from the same point of view.
