Profile

Jongeun Lim completed her PhD course in painting and aesthetics at Hong-ik University.
She is currently involved in public art, exhibitions and reviews as an independent curator.
She has worked for the alternative space Loop, among other places, as a curator.

About works / performance

I'm working at public art, exhibition, education program, critic as an independent curator. And I' m interested in traditional values and ideologies recreated in contemporary art to redefine where contemporary Asian art practices is located in the globalized art fields.
