Born in 1981. Studied Fine Arts at the Lebanese University and The Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts in 2005, and Image Synthesis and Computer Animation at Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in 2009. Works with painting, installation, performance and photography.

About works / performance

I am observing how cities can take control over the work of art's physical location (indoors, outdoors or out of site). In my work I react to cities through overlooked but recognizable personal trivialities, sometimes reducing my artistic authorship to nothing but an absurd reaction. I think that when small trivial details bring the big picture of a relation to a city, the artwork that seems evading definition makes its way into being a strategy for definition.
