TWS started the talk series, in which we think about tradition from various perspectives for seeking new artistic expression. As the fifth program, Talk Session by Seiichi Takeuchi(Ethicist) will be taken place. Please don't miss this precious opportunity!

Guest Profile:
Seiichi Takeuchi（Ethicist）
Born in 1946. Currently, He is a professor at Kamakura Women's University and a professor emeritus at Tokyo University. Also he is a president at The Japanese Society for Ethics and specializes in the thought of Japanese ethics. He tracks back the history of Japanese psyche and explores how it associates with Japanese people nowaday. He has written books such as Are Japanese genial? (Chikuma Shinsyo) , Transience and Japanese (Heibonsya Shinsyo) , Why Japanese say 「Sayonara」 on parting (Chikuma Shinsyo), Naturally and Personally (Shunjusya), Philosophy of Sorrow (NHK Books) and Flower petal falls flowers do not fall (Kadokawa Sensyo).
