This support program serves to discover and foster talented young musicians. Some of its projects include the "VOICE-Meet Japanese Contemporary Composers" series, in which emerging musicians meet, learn from and perform with famous Japanese composers, and the "EXPERIMENTAL SOUND & ART FESTIVAL", which publicly calls for experimental plans centered on music that target emerging artists from various genres who are active both domestically and abroad, introducing to the world new art culture from Tokyo.
