TWS-Emerging

It is a joint program with Tokyo Wonder Wall (TWW), a public exhibition sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Every year, 100 artists are selected from a pool of numerous applicants to exhibit their works at TWW. Tokyo Wonder Site reviews the works of successful TWW candidates who are interested in participating in the TWS-Emerging program, allowing them the opportunity to display their works at TWS Hongo. Chosen artists will participate in a number of Tokyo Wonder Site events and workshops while exhibiting their works at TWS Hongo, learning hands-on how to effectively present their works and communicate with audiences. Following the exhibition, participants may also take part in the TEAM exhibition at TWS Shibuya as well as exchange programs with international residences based on TWS Aoyama:Creator-in-Residence program, creating further opportunities to broaden their activities.
